John Graziano
Analysis & Design Instructor John Graziano has spent the past 18 years as a trainer and software designer in domains ranging from finance to filmmaking. He has led engineering and training projects at Merrill Lynch, First National Bank of Chicago, Abbott Laboratories, NeXT, Apple Computer, and Pixar Animation Studios.
As a training project lead, John developed and delivered NeXT's original curriculum for Object-Oriented Analysis and Design. He applied these techniques in his work as an architect on WebObjectsBuilder, as lead engineer for Apple's Xcode Development Environment, and as head of the Mac OS X compiler team. In 2003, John joined Pixar Animation Studios where he mentored the engineering team in OOA&D and Cocoa Programming. John was one of the principal architects of Pixar's next-generation animation software, where his OOA&D methods are still in use today.
